Hello:**I have written you about my problem of not being able to sign into my account, but unfortunately the problem has not yet been resolved. Your customer service sent me the instructions to "resolve the issue" but still I am not able to sign into my account because I have to go through the security check (see below), which was set up by me a while ago:**"Quick security check*We just need some additional info to confirm it's you.*Receive a text message*Mobile *(***) ***-*****"**Because I am in Europe until the end of the year, I do not get my text messages, and therefore I cannot sign into my account.**I set up a recurring monthly payments of $***. The account should be paid off in October ****, but this last payment should be few dollar above $***. Since I cannot sign into my account, please can you adjust my Oct **** payment to be my last payment, and stop the recurring payments? If I do not pay off the account in Oct, I will be liable for the interest payment, which I do not want that to happen. I must pay off the account in Oct ****.**I also sent a request regarding this matter to *****@***.com. However, I am not sure if this request would be taken care of.**Thank you kindly for your assistance in this matter.**Sincerely,**Mila Basely
