I made a purchase on July 4, [redacted], and decided to use PayPal's One Touch checkout. I had been meaning to create a PayPal account and saw this as a good opportunity. I typically use my landline number for online purchases and only realized it might be an issue when I couldn't receive the verification code to access and set up my PayPal account. As I can't receive texts on my landline, I haven't been able to create a password or add my cell number to my account. Furthermore, I haven't received the items I ordered from Zhixin Trading Co, but my card was charged. Instead of the 2 Canopy Camp Chairs I ordered, I received 2 canvas sleeves on August 14, [redacted], which seem to be made from the same material as the chairs. I kindly request that any codes be sent via email so I can begin the dispute process, access my account, and add my cell number for text messages.

I submitted a dispute on PayPal for not receiving the Nintendo Switch Lite (Yellow) I ordered from Best Online Shop in China a while back. After no response from the seller, I finally received a delivery today, August 15, [redacted], but it was a completely different item - a game handle that I never ordered. The package had the same tracking information as my original order. I need my dispute to be escalated as time is ticking, and I'm struggling to resolve the issue with the seller. I've been patiently waiting for an update from PayPal but haven't received one yet. I have photos of the incorrect item sent by the seller, and I believe they just shipped something to generate a tracking number. I placed an order for 2 7 cubic foot deep freezers from what I believed was Best Buy on April 4. However, after contacting Best Buy, they had no record of my order. I received a shipping notification stating they were sent from China to a mailbox in Indianapolis. The post office investigated and said a package addressed to me was delivered to Indianapolis, but it was a garment bag instead. I live in Richmond, Indiana, and have not received anything. I tried to get a refund from my bank with no success. I'm seeking assistance in getting a refund for the $[redacted].00 total bill. I've also had to change my Debit Card number since the order.

Three charges appeared on our credit card through PayPal that we are unsure about. We would like to obtain invoices for these charges to verify if they are legitimate expenses for us or our business. We are inquiring about the following charges: $59.99 on March 4th, $30.00 on March 17th, and $53.73 on June 2nd. These charges should be under Jim Powers or Powers Enterprises on our Bank of America card ending in [redacted]. I need assistance with an issue I encountered. On June 18th, [redacted], there were unauthorized charges of $[redacted].00 on my PayPal account from Champssport. I contacted PayPal immediately, and they advised me to reach out to Chase. After contacting Chase, they mentioned they needed a copy of the transaction history from PayPal sent to [redacted] The charges reappeared on my account totaling $[redacted].00. On August 8, [redacted], I noticed a charge of $[redacted].08 on my account listed as PayPal - XFER:PayPal. I cannot link it to any recent purchase. My bank informed me that charges over 60 days old cannot be disputed, but this charge is dated 8-11-[redacted], within the 60-day window. They suggested contacting PayPal. However, my attempts to resolve this with PayPal only led to confusion and no resolution. I find it frustrating not to be able to speak with a representative. I am writing to inform PayPal customer service that I am dissatisfied with the way I have been treated regarding not receiving the 6-digit security code for my two-factor authentication. I lost my phone a few months ago and have been unable to receive the code. Despite my attempts to contact customer service via call or chat, I have not received help. Yesterday, I was promised a call back but did not receive one. I had a similar issue with my Skrill account, and after contacting their customer service and answering some questions, they resolved the problem. I am willing to provide any necessary information to regain access to my account.

I have been facing challenges with the local mafia for over 20 years. The latest issue is my PayPal account being disabled. It seems law enforcement is hesitant to help when the mafia is involved, especially in my hometown. I believe the Sedgwick County Sheriff's patrol might have officers connected to the mafia. Prior to my PayPal being suspended, there were instances of emails being deleted from eBay, hampering my ability to make sales. This action feels unjust as I wasn't given a chance to defend myself. There was a $99 fraud charge that we disputed, but it got declined as the seller provided a false tracking number. Despite explaining in the original dispute that we confirmed with the post master that the shipping numbers were stolen, it was still declined due to the provided tracking info. After calling in and seemingly being connected with a customer support agent, we were asked to purchase an eBay card for $[redacted] to supposedly resolve the issue, initiated through a message posing as PayPal inc. This did not resolve the $99 issue as promised, and now we are out $[redacted]. It's a pressing matter that requires urgent attention from a genuine professional, not a scammer using fake PayPal inc messages and unreliable phone numbers found through Google search. This is extremely urgent, and we need a legitimate resolution promptly.

I ordered five Goodyear Wrangler [redacted]/75/15 tires from NGUYENTHIMY4 on 8/4/[redacted] for $[redacted].95. The delivery date was supposed to be within 5 to 12 business days. Unfortunately, I have not received the order, and the website I purchased from is no longer available. I am still hopeful to receive the tires to resolve the issue, but if not, I would like a refund to my PayPal account so I can purchase tires locally for my vehicle. In January, I purchased a circular saw for $34.94, but only received 3 blades. Regrettably, I couldn't cancel the order within 10 minutes. This is highly disappointing. On another occasion in July, I bought an outdoor camera for $29.87 and got a memory card instead. The seller insisted that the memory card was the correct item. This feels deceitful and needs to be addressed. Similarly, in July, I ordered a hydraulic car jack for $31.98 but received only a tool box without the jack. This pattern seems misleading and dishonest. I believe it's crucial for PAYPAL to look into these fraudulent practices by Chinese sellers. As an American customer, it's concerning to see these scams happening. I urge PAYPAL to investigate and put an end to these fake advertisements. Many others have fallen victim to similar scams, and PAYPAL's records should reflect this. Please take action and respond to this matter.

I used my debit card which somehow got switched to PayPal for a $99.00 purchase. The USPS tracking number shows a delivery date of 8/8/[redacted], but I bought it on 9/9/[redacted]. My checking account was charged $[redacted].00. I can't access my PayPal account because I forgot my password, and PayPal won't let me change it or send codes to my landline, which doesn't accept messages. The seller doesn't provide contact information. How can we solve this issue?

I recently ordered a small deep fryer from blasi.shop and received a [redacted] piece jigsaw puzzle instead. The invoice listed the payment method as credit card Paypal, which was odd as I never use Paypal. I tried accessing my supposed Paypal account online without success, and now I am concerned someone may have created an account using my information.
