I emailed the sender and received this message:**"Jieyi ******@***.com**To:Carol Via*Dear Carol:*Thank you for your email.*This is a clever assistant Katie. pleased to serve you.*You seem to be talking about tracking details about the order."**I immediately replied (July *) that I did NOT have a tracing issue, but had only received the accessory bag and NOT the kneeler itself. I enclosed a photo of the small plastic mailer the bag came in and the bag, showing that it was the only item sent (and it fit in my mailbox).
