I have been trying without success to contact PayPal all week. I have not been able to reach anyone by phone. My dispute for the wig I received has been rejected in the seller's favor. When buying a hat, there are typically size options like small, medium, or large, acknowledging that not all heads are the same size. Unfortunately, the wig I bought is much too small for me. It is so small that it rolls back and rests on the crown of my head, similar to a plum on a rock cake. Before making this purchase, no size guides were provided, leading me to assume that wigs are one-size-fits-all, which is not the case. I requested a full refund, but the company wants to charge me $10 to return the wig. I am disappointed that PayPal did not support my claim and sided with the seller. This situation has left me feeling let down by PayPal.

It includes a disclaimer at the bottom regarding confidentiality and inadvertent receipt of the message. --- This is a message I received regarding an alleged User Agreement Violation. It claims that my account has been flagged for what they deem suspicious activities and asks me to verify my personal information to lift the flag from my account. To commence the verification process, I am prompted to click on a provided button. The email also mentions details related to online shopping, secure payment, and buyer protection before concluding with a reminder that it is an automated message, therefore, no response is necessary. The email is identified as coming from PayPal Inc. in San Jose, CA, and has a disclaimer regarding confidentiality and accidental receipt.

Last week, I noticed a new credit card added to my account without my knowledge, leading to being locked out of my PayPal account. I made a purchase in December, but instead of receiving my $40 item, I got a $3 item. The seller seems to be scamming everyone, and many don't get refunds. I won't give up, but dealing with PayPal is hard. They want me to send the cheap item back to China at my expense before refunding me. It's frustrating how PayPal is treating me like the criminal when the seller is the dishonest one. Every time I call PayPal, they either hang up or listen without helping. I will contact a lawyer because I suspect PayPal is involved with these fraudulent sellers, making it tough for buyers to get refunds.

I received an email from PayPal today stating that my account has been suspended. After calling PayPal, they informed me that someone reported my credit card as stolen, providing my credit card number linked to my PayPal account. I spoke with a representative and was then directed to Benjamin, employee [redacted], who declined to disclose the source of this information. I find it peculiar that PayPal would trust an unknown caller over a customer of 14 years with a clean account history. I suspect someone is trying to scam me through PayPal. I'm interested in a VW T5 van, and the seller proposed a PayPal transaction where he delivers the van first, then I have 12 days to inspect it before releasing the funds. Initially, I was comfortable with this arrangement. However, after sharing my contact information, including name, address, and phone number, as well as a photo of my driving licence for proof of delivery, the seller's email became unresponsive. I conducted a £15 HPI check, revealing that the van has been a category D since [redacted]. I tried to reach out to the seller about this, but his email did not work. He later sent an invoice within the promised timeframe, but it came in a PDF format from what appears to be PayPal with a checkout button for the van amount. The appearance of the invoice, with a link to a chat support unrelated to PayPal, and the seller's failing email address raise red flags for me, making me concerned about sharing my personal information with him.

I have continuously requested multiple times for PayPal to provide me with a name and address to return the products for a refund, but without success. I spoke with a PayPal representative who assured me they would obtain this information. Since "the company" has not responded to my inquiries, I am left frustrated with the lack of support from this unidentified business and PayPal. I have not received any responses to my requests, including information about the company that sent me these products. It is concerning that PayPal does not have this crucial information considering the company was paid through their platform.

I purchased two items from DSG Retail Limited, one for £79.00 and the other for £5.99. I made one payment using Paypal Credit and the other through a regular Paypal transaction. The refund for the second Paypal transaction was processed on December 26th, but the money has not appeared in my account yet. Despite numerous emails, I have only received responses claiming the bag is still in production and should have been ready for shipment two weeks ago. I received an unexpected transfer of 10,[redacted] pesos from someone named Minerva Ingaran. I tried to send it back but encountered errors. I contacted PayPal, who assured me they took action. I then tried to remove my credit card due to concerns about unauthorized charges, but couldn't. I also discovered another credit card linked to my account that isn't mine. Today, I observed that 5,[redacted] pesos was deducted by Jan Michael Arao on February 1 from the 10,[redacted] pesos. Additionally, Clifford Gabriel informed me about an order of 20,[redacted] pesos made without their consent. I'm not involved in selling nor received 20,[redacted] pesos from him.
