I connected my bank account to Paypal, and the small transactions were successfully processed. When I revisited the Paypal website to verify the transactions, I clicked on the "linking your bank account" section, where I saw a note instructing me to check my bank account for the deposits made. However, when I tried to proceed, it redirected me back to the initial account linking process. Despite re-entering my bank details, I encountered issues logging in. How can I complete the account verification process successfully?

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for two products and had to cancel them. I then placed a new order using a PayPal voucher for another product. I am now seeking a refund for the cancelled products. One item was priced at [redacted] and the other at [redacted]. I received an email confirming the refund of [redacted], but for the [redacted] product, the email indicated [redacted] credited back to my account and [redacted] as a PayPal voucher. Could you please provide clarification on the total refund amount and the method of refund, whether it is in money or a voucher? Thank you.

I have recently purchased bedding from Azcozy, Printabel Company Limited, US Bwstdeals, and Truegether. It seems that these companies might be related as all the products arrived from Avenel, NJ. Unfortunately, the quality and sizing of the bedding are not acceptable. I have been unable to reach their customer service, with the excuse that their inbox is full. To make matters worse, I continue to receive unwanted items from these companies, totaling 9 so far. The products are expensive, and I did not order this many. Is there a way to stop any payments to accounts associated with these companies? I am eager to avoid receiving any more of their subpar merchandise. Thank you, Marsha A.

I can no longer access an account due to limitations. It was created using my mother's name, my social security number, and birthdate. I cannot provide the required identification for her. The account has a balance I need to transfer to my new PayPal account with the correct information. How can I proceed with this transfer?

I filed a case against a Seller named Phan Bach Quoc Dung, who has not responded to any of my emails. Nora replied instead, claiming the second jersey was already sent. The Dallas Jersey was delivered on 12/17/[redacted], and both jerseys are part of one order totaling 98.98. My case escalation was promptly denied, leaving me concerned about the order I placed on 11/23/[redacted]. I researched online and discovered this seller has a history of scamming customers. I am eager to resolve this issue and reclaim my lost money. Kindly reach out to me for assistance in addressing this fraudulent activity.

I have over $[redacted] in my PayPal account, but I'm unable to access or use the funds. Every transaction I attempt gets denied, and despite reaching out for assistance for three days, the issue remains unresolved. Now, my children might miss out on Christmas gifts as the money I saved for this purpose is restricted from use.

Yesterday evening, I noticed multiple unauthorized charges of $2.15 on my iTunes account. Following this, I received an email stating that my account's phone number and four-digit pin were modified without my consent. Although my password appears to be functioning, access now requires a six-digit authorization code which I do not possess. I suspect this code is being sent to the hacker's device. In response, I have frozen my bank account in an effort to prevent any of the charges from being processed.

Hello, I am having trouble resolving my account restriction because the system automatically submits the details without giving me a chance to add all the required information. There seems to be some confusion regarding a balance of $[redacted] owed from April. I made a payment of $[redacted] to a gentleman via PayPal, but mistakenly sent it twice. He refunded one payment to me. However, it appears that $[redacted] was credited to the balance I owe. I believe there was an error as the gentleman reimbursed one of the payments. I would like to resolve this quickly as it doesn't make sense for me to pay for something that has been returned. Thank you.

I wanted to inform you about my issue with a Bunn Coffee Pot order (case: PP-D-[redacted]3) that was denied. I am disappointed that I never received the product nor any tracking information. When attempting to contact the seller, the website was not functional. Consequently, I am cautious about future purchases through Amazon or merchants using PayPal. Regrettably, it seems I won't receive the coffee pot, but I aim to be more vigilant in the future. I received an email from PayPal denying my refund request, stating the item was delivered. However, I never got the coffee pot, and the tracking number provided did not work. I am requesting the shipping information to investigate further. I'm looking for assistance regarding case number PP-D-[redacted]4. PayPal rejected my claim as they stated I received a delivery confirmation from the seller. The package I received after filing the claim did not contain the item I ordered, rendering it useless to me. I wish to file a new claim with PayPal for not receiving the merchandise paid for. I followed the suggestion to email the seller as advised by PayPal. What are the next steps I should take?

I want to share how my issue with Annie Cloth was resolved. Initially, I had to close my dispute with PayPal as their responses were unhelpful and repetitive. They promised a refund but later declined, despite my dispute not being settled. On Christmas Day, I forwarded complaints from other dissatisfied customers on PayPal, a severe warning found on Google, and 40 contradicting emails from Anniecloth. Today, on 12/26/19, I received a refund even though PayPal favored the company. It proves that persistence pays off, as I stood my ground until the issue was resolved. I discovered numerous complaints about the company on Google and was surprised to find them on PayPal. I am also considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I believe PayPal should notify customers when there are issues with a company due to customer complaints. It would be helpful if representatives could access recorded information as they claim. I had a frustrating experience when emails did not provide the information I requested. Clarity from the start would have been beneficial. Thank you.

On December 20, [redacted], I received an email containing an invoice for a purchase made through PayPal that I did not authorize. The charge was for $[redacted].99 and the item described was Bitdefender Total Security, which includes premium antivirus, identity and privacy protection in one subscription. While I did have a PayPal account in the past, I have not used it for several years and do not remember my login details. The invoice was sent to my personal email address provided below.

Yesterday, I spoke with a customer service representative regarding my PayPal cash card issue. Despite having available funds, my ATM withdrawal was initially declined. The representative assisted me in getting it to work, but now I am facing the same problem again. When attempting to withdraw funds, the transaction is being declined once more. Currently, my account is restricted. I have attempted to update my details multiple times, but my submissions have been rejected. I believe the discrepancy lies in the spelling of my name. In my account, it is listed as Shaun Costello, but some of my documents display the name as Sean Costello due to my preference for Sean even though my given name is Shaun. This minor difference is causing the problem. I am unsure why this is causing such an obstacle. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Yesterday, on December 26, [redacted], I noticed a withdrawal from my checking account that I did not authorize. I no longer have a PayPal account and haven't had one for years. Therefore, I don't have any account information. I recently moved, making it difficult to access my accounts online without this information. The withdrawal was for $[redacted].66 on 12/26/19 by DWW Trading, a company I have never engaged with. I request that this be corrected, and the funds credited back to my PayPal account promptly. Four months ago, my account was permanently limited because I was under 18 when I created it. I accept this limitation and am not seeking its removal. My only request is to withdraw the balance in the account, which exceeds $[redacted]. I have been waiting for over [redacted] days without any chargebacks during this time. There is no justification for this delay, especially considering I have been selling digital goods that have already been used and do not anticipate any chargebacks in the future.

I submitted a resolution ticket (number pp-d-[redacted]3) on November 25th concerning an online purchase that was not delivered. The claimed delivery address is in Utah, which is incorrect since I reside in Wisconsin. After PayPal reached out through the resolution center, the seller provided another tracking number. Despite PayPal stating it was "delivered," I actually received a package containing plastic bits instead of the Elgato HD60 capture card I purchased. The website I bought from was closed between November 11th and 25th. My attempts to contact PayPal via Phone and Chat have been unsuccessful due to long wait times exceeding 4 hours on average. I am seeking a refund of the $49.94 I spent.
