I have a case opened that PayPal made a decision on without getting any info from me. They said as long as I received a similar item, it was no big deal. (Eg: So if I bought a Black dress, then the seller could send me a white dress instead, & I would have no recourse for a refund because they were both dresses. ) Even though it’s not what they advertised, Lasenra is defrauding customers, it says on their website ***% Guarantee, Easy Refunds. But when I tried to request refund because the quilt they sent me looks nothing like the photo, PayPal said as long as it was similar to the one pictured it doesn’t make a difference. Can you imagine if we did that in business here. This is another Chinese scam shop representing themselves as American to get sales, because people have learned there tricks of selling shoddy merchandise & then making it too expensive to return to China
