Hello, on the **th April I tried to transfer £**.** to Hollie Davies. On **th April I recieved an email from Paypal alerting me to the fact that the payment had been cancelled. I then proceeded to make the payment via a direct bank transfer to ensure I got the goods I was buying. However when checking back to my paypal account on the *th May, I notice that my account was -£**.**, and that this amount had infact been sent to her on the **th, contradicting what I had been told in the email from Paypal. Hollie Davies maintains that she has not received the money from Paypal, therefore I do not understand why my account shows that the payment has been made to her. As Im sure you can understand it is frustrating to have seemingly paid twice for something, especially when my actions came as a result of your email telling me my initial payment had been cancelled. Please could you help me get to the bottom of this issue. Has Hollie Davies' account received this money? And if so can you please help me get this money back?
