The issue in GetHuman-shearryd's own words
I purchased balloons from your Fairview height il store on ******. Clerk said there is a helium shortage, and I since i didn't need them blown up until next weekend call to make sure helium was available. I called helium was available. My daughter took balloons in the Friday night for the Saturday with the paid receipt. They would not accept the balloons for Saturday. Come Saturday morning at *ish no.helium. They have accepted walk ins customers over a paid order. She drove to -* party city no helium. *I had to pay another store to blow up my balloons for my affair. I also called your cust. Serv. Dept., on ******* spoke to Chanel filed a report, the store manager was to call me. No one has called me. This is sad. Poor service. I want to be reimbursed for the balloons and the extra fee. Total reimbursement $**.**. I am highly disappointment at the Customer Service I received at Party City.
