Very disappointed and out of pocket due to you “LACK”of adequate service that I have received.*Over the last two days I have contacted your company * times.*Informed that my parcels would be delivered Wednesday ** th July ****. Tracking no Va*******.*Notes in tracking state person could not locate address yet they attempted to deliver twice that day?*Told that delivery would be attempted Thursday **th. So took the day off work. Spoke to the driver that morning . Gave directions . He stated that he knew where the address was because he had delivered to the adjoining road the previous day. He stated that he was only around the corner! *No show more than an hour later!*So went on the tracker to be told they had attempted delivery at **:** pm but no body was home. They had left a card *This was not true, I was on the front gardening, also windows, gate open and cars on the drive. No card push through door, *Rang around **:** was told by Coventry depot that she would contact driver and get back to me.*Rang again at **:** because I had received no call. Told that the person I had spoken to had gone home and that the delivery driver was know back at the depot. *Asked to speak to a supervisor or manager was told by Katrina there were none on the shift? I find this very strange business practice!*This whole experience has left me very disturbed upset and disappointed. *I have lost a days leave which I would like to claim compensation for!*I was then told that delivery would be attempted the next day. I had already stated several times that I worked full time and therefore there would be nobody home.*I have now arranged for delivery Saturday morning but was told that it would be between *:** to **:**. So I have to stay in the whole morning. Hopefully somebody will turn up this time?*Please provide the address and form on which I can make a formal complaint and apply for compensation. *I am also writing to the CEO of Parcelforce.
