Make suggestions and in the case of WiFi get faster service. ... I frequent the Bannockburn, IL. store. I am very disappointed with the service at the store. This is the second time they got my order incorrect. I ordered a Mediterranean egg white sandwich to a new person. I told them it was an off menu item. When the food was delivered, I received some sort of wrap. I sent it back and got the egg white avocado regular menu item. I did not send it back a second time. Do they not make an egg white Mediterranean sandwich anymore? If so, they should have told me. After I ate the sandwich, which was good but not what I wanted, I looked for the manager. I did not see them and I had to leave, so I did not talk to them. *I also noticed, especially on the weekends, that the people at the register are not as friendly (not surly), keep changing and not as knowledgeable as the regular staff.*But the item with the most frustration is the speed of their internet. I have complained a number of times to the manager on duty and nothing has changed in the last two months. I ran a Speedtest and the download is .** and upload is .**. The week signal from Xfinity at the store is faster. *I also suggested that they put a sign over the urinal, please flush. Sometimes the bathroom smells. Today was OK.*My plan in the future is to go to Highland Park, where the people are friendlier and the internet faster. *But not everyone has that alternative. Thanks for reading this email. I hope you can straighten them out. *As my record shows, I probably go to Panera * or * times a week and some weeks more.
That I am not coming back to the store mainly because of the WiFi.
Give me a new Mediterranean egg white sandwich and improve the WiFi. It would also be good for business if they trained their people better and did something about the smell in the washroom.
I have been a customer of Panera for approximately ** years. I frequent Paneras about * times a week and sometimes more.
I have talked to the managers at least * times about the WiFi. The replaced one sandwich but I did not make a big deal about the other two times.
