Hi..* times in a row now I've visited * different Panera's, Hudson WI & Vadnais Heights MN, and they've been out of the Soba broth bowl. Today I waited at the drive-thru for * minutes before they told me they were out of it. Then when I chose a different broth bowl they didn't put broth in it or the chicken I pa*** for, which I didn't notice until I got home. Also, I ordered a half sandwich which they didn't put in my bag, at least I caught that before pulling away. All in all I was in the drive-thru for nearly ** minutes, the cars behind me were honking at me because they were so frustrated with how long it took. I called the Vadnais Heights manager when I got home, ** minutes away, and she was very apologetic and offered me a comp meal next time I come...which was nice but still I don't understand why this keeps happening. EVERY time I've been to the Hudson WI location my order has been wrong or they are out of what I want. It's so frustrating! I worked in the restaurant business for over ** years so have more patience and understanding than the average customer but this is getting ridiculous.
I trust that Panera Bread will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
