I purchased a Panasonic Answering machine on Aug. **, ****. I have been told by three technicians that the problems I am having are caused by my phones. I think my Model is KX-TG**** (base unit KX-TGE***). There is static, a cracking noise, disruptions of sentences- chopping words, and phone goes dead while I am speaking with someone. Usually I hear a busy signal after this. Since I have had this machine for only ** months, I believe that Panasonic should replace it for me or at least give me a discount to buy another machine. Please advise. Do not want to pay for technical support since three Comcast technicians have told me it is my phone that is causing my problems.
