Help with my Panasonic.com issue

Brand new Panasonic phones received * days ago. I've set the date and the time and the phone's memory or whatever will not "hold" the time I've set. After *-* hours, it skips ahead * hours every time. I've tried everything.
GetHuman-clachanc did not yet indicate what Panasonic.com should do to make this right.

Gal I spoke to said I needed to dial *** rather than the **** the manual says and that I needed to be sure to bring the phone screen to where it says "manual" fix.
