Dear all,*My name is Nikoleta Yotsova. I was living and working on Work and Travel Program in Cape May, New Jersey, the USA four years ago. Then I had to open an account with PNC Bank and it was all good. Before I left America, I had closed my bank account personally at your branch in Cape May,NJ. I informed you of my leaving the USA and therefore I insisted on closing the account. Besides, my Account Number was **-****-****. The problem now is that I have recently heard from TrueAccord and they have said to me I have a bebt of $***.** to pay. I am really shocked and don’t understand how it could be possible. It’s been four years since my stay in Cape May,NJ and I am no longer living there. Why haven’t my bank account with PNC Bank been closed ? May you please explain this to me?
