Good Day!*I migrated from Home ultera plan *** to Pldt Home Fiber ****. Activation of my home fiber was made last Aug **, ****. Last Aug **, **** i visit Pldt Malolos Branch Office last Aug **, **** to inform them regarding the activation of home fiber and also to request for the disconnection of my home Ultera and for the waiving of termination fee. Since activation of home fiber(aug **) up to the present, I did not use my home ultera anymore. *In view of the above, I would like to request your good office to facilitate the disconnection of Home Ultera.Account No. **********.*Thank you very much,**ROSENDO ABUAN FRANCISCO

Actually, not yet ***% resolving my problem regarding my migration from home ultera to pldt home fibr. But it lessen my burden after visiting PLDT Branch office in Malolos Bulacan to relate them my concern. As per Customer Service from PLDT, they already sent email to the concerned company . Also she emphasized that I have no more accountability to pay for them (Home Ultera). "Ok na po Wala na po kayong babayaran " . She also gave me the starting date of my effectivity of my Home Fiber. Let see if Smart Bro did not send me billing statement anymore this coming October. But I trust PLDT, I hope everything is fine.
