I bought a laser toy for my cat and when i got it home it didn't work, i went to the store in Studio City , Ca on Ventura Blvd*And was treated rudely just because i couldn't find the reciept. I said i didn't need to get the money back just exchange it and the young manager cut me off and said no reciept no return!! , i said i have been coming here for years is something we can do or can i speak to the manager to maybe work something out and the young man said im the manager and the answers no.*He wasn't busy but i had to walk out because i was very upset with him a didnt want to get into a argument, im a good customer and come there often*And was pretty shocked at the response i got. When i got outside * other customers said*That guy is always like that and that i should come back another day when one of the good managers was there.*Is this what i need to do i wait for a more professional person*Or should i just not go to your store anymore since it seems im not a valuable customer to this man. It was on ******** around *:**pm and i couldn't see the managers name tag*Thank you for your time.*Matthew Carey. Even *f the answer was * i didn't like i dont need to be talked to like that, since i wasn't rude.
