The issue in GetHuman997246's own words
I went to petco and bought * items. I got home realized they never gave me my wet food. I drive all the way back ** minutes. I tell the cashier I was just in here an hour ago the cashier didn’t give me my wet food. Okay so they found the guy. He walks up to me and I quote “You didn’t buy wet food”. I said “Yes I did it was a tube of fresh pet”. He said I put it all in one bag”. I said “No you didn’t I don’t have it”. He said “ We are gonna go check the cameras.” He whispered to the manager “It was a blue & white tube of wet food” Interesting because he said I never bought wet food. He walked out and said “He’s checking the cameras”. I said okay. He walks to the back grabs the exact wet food I bought put it in the bag and said “I’m not gonna make you wait here you go”. I was originally mad that he forgot the food because then I had to drive all the way back. But the way the employees spoke to me. I will NEVER return to any of petcos establishments again. This is the THIRD problem I have had.
