I don’t see fairness in **** University Blvd Suffolk Va Petco. My issue is I see the same faces and I often see new faces as well as a mother I see a hard worker right on spot. I do not see this coworker as often & I feel she’s having different treatment. As a customer we do look for customer service and somebody with manners and respect and she has all. She’s outstanding and a hard worker and I feel as though her managers are taken her for granted. Also I’ve realized when she doesn’t work and I do come in nobody is in the front so I stand there waiting for minutes to get my items rang up. But when she is there she is immediately on task. She told me this is her first job that she loves this job and the excitement in her eyes and how happy she is to work for Petco but I feel like only the customers notice this but the workers or mangers doesn’t.I only see from what I view daily. I’m complaining because she’s not being recognized often and she doesn’t know I’m writing this because I just want this taken into action. Its honestly just not right. A few customers I was talking to wanted to contact Coperate about the same situation because they don’t see fairness with that one particular worker. She’s not really on the schedule i don’t see her often and I’m an often shopper that’s how I know she’s not there as she should. Her name is Anesta, I remember asking her how to pronounce her name because it’s different and beautiful but I am very concerned. A lot of customers love her hard work and dedication. But her hard work isn’t getting the hours she deserves or credit for all she do. I watch her work and she’s very intelligent if she doesn’t know the answer she points us to the right person. But I feel discrimination and favoritism towards this young lady and I do not like it. Please take into action because I fear she may loose her job for no real reason but by the looks of it she’s barely working or getting hours and like I’ve mentioned we as customers and consumers realized that... That young lady is really an amazing worker. I would be hurt if she lost her job because as customers we need more people like that one particular worker. I do not have a phone as we speak I’m typing from a computer but please email me & take action.
