The issue in GetHuman-urielriv's own words
Return shrimp that i bought *-**-** ... I told her that i had * shrimp but one died today *-**-** and she told me that i have to bring the dead one to even though i got rid of it and i told her the reason why im returning it was because it teared up my bettas fins and she daid ghost shrimp and bettas dont go together even though i did mu research saying i can
I felt like she was accusing me of the dead shrimp i also forgot to metion that the shrimp i bought were not ghost shrimp they were whisker shrimp who are more aggressive the ghost shrimp she also said that i have to talk to the manager and ghat ghey are going to have to do a water test to see what i did to the shrimp but i feel like she’s accusing me of the hurt betta and the dead shrimp
So to fix this problem make sure you have accociates who are kind enough to help out instead of agrueing and make sure to get ghost shrimp not whisker shrimp
