The issue in GetHuman-rajeevrg's own words

My PNR * is R*BPLW for our tickets to DEL-IST (***) on ********, IST-ATH (****) on ******** and return ATH-IST (****)-DEL (***) on ********. I reported at the airport, New Delhi, India this morning at **:** hrs but I was not checked in and eventually offloaded as my eVisa to Turkey was from ******** whereas my Shenzhen visa was valid from ******** onwards and I did not have any other valid visa for US or UK. The staff and supervisor advised me that I could reschedule or cancel my ticket anytime and it will not be treated as No Show ticket as they have marked the same in the system. ***. Let me know what will be the charges for new itinerary (start on ********) i.e. DEL-IST (***) on ******** and IST-ATH (****) on ******** (Turkish Airlines ****) and return on ******** from ATH-IST (****) and IST-DEL on ******** (***). Please let me know the total additional charges. ***.Kindly advise me what will be the exact cancellation charges if we want to cancel the ticket. ***. Also let me know what will be the charges for new itinerary DEL-IST (***) on ******** and IST-ATH (****) on ******** (Turkish Airlines ****) and return on ******** from ATH-IST (****) and IST-DEL on ******** (***).
