On May ** I attempted to book a flight to Durango, CO. As I was attempting to book flight the site stopped working. I wasn't sure if the flight was booked or not so I checked my itinerary. It wasn't in there so I booked again. Then later I found out I was booked twice for the same flight. The airline told us this was an Orbitz problem and to contact you. I am late in addressing this problem. You see, the flight was needed due to the unexpected death of our ** year old son. It has been hard for me to address this before. The flight was for United our of South Bend on May ** to Durango, CO. I received an email regarding: "We are aware that you encountered some challenges using our website recently, sorry about that". So, I was charged for * tickets on the same flight. I would like a refund for one of the flights since the double booking occurred as a result of an Orbitz problem.
