You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-mazalina's own words
called optimum on ******* -phone problem going up and down*-thought problem with moden- moved cable boxes then they did not work, Rep. told me he could not reboot boxes old and sending new ones by mail. got e-mail telling me boxes were mailed out BUT ADDRESS THEY WERE MAILED TO*was ten years old.(and they were charging me for the boxes) I called back on Saturday ******* and told rep. what happened*at this point I no TV?service on two of my boxes.*She said she was sending tech on ***** and no charge was mentioned *I HAVE been paying for the PROTECTION plan $**.** since ****- I got my bill for period ****-******. *I called on ******* and spoke to mr. Kaled who opened dispute -MY BILL WAS overcharged.by $**.**- $**.** $*.** totaling $***.** Today I was called and told that I have to pay all of these amounts. I am being overcharged for boxes I do not have and for tec to home when I have paid all these years.
