On March **, **** service man came to fix dvr in our basement. He fixed the problem, so we thought, but before he left said someone had to come to fix the box or replace the box on pole in our backyard. No one ever came or fixed outside so we called again. *On April **th the service person came fixed the problem with our dvr and advised he would put another order in for someone to replace box on pole.*We were charged for that first visit on **** after being told there would be no charge since problem was the fault of optimum.*Our May **th bill is here and still we are being charged $**.**. I refuse to pay and if this is not corrected I hope someone will contact so we can verbally tell you the problem. *We will be sending $***.** for ******* and nothing more. Hoping to hear from someone regarding this problem we are having since March. We would really like to receive the monthly bill with the same charge instead of every month having a different amount shown.
