Sunday night tried to watch the new season of Game Of Throne but the channel was all pixelated and freezing. Called customer service and they said they would come on Tuesday. Tuesday the guy came and changed some wires and said it was fixed. Maybe * minutes after he left it started happening again. I called support again and someone came back on Thursday. He changed some wires again but said its not the house its the actual wires up on the telephone pole have a weak signal. He told us someone would come out to fix it within **-** hours. Its now Friday and the cable is still messed up. When will this problem be fixed? I have spoken to technical support * times today and for some reason there is some kind of communication problem and no one knows what im talking about. Not to mention its hard to understand everyone I get on the phone. I also asked to speak to a manager and I was told they will call me within ** hours. It seems like no one knows anything and I cant get someone on the phone to figure this out. In another day it will be a week that the cable is all messed up. Again when will this be fixed? Every person I talk to I get a different answer. This is very frustrating.
