Hello, I have cancelled the flights under ********** for almost a year now and Tarom confirmed they are willing to issue the full refund (I have this per email from them). Tarom also mentioned that there had been no request for a refund from Opodo. I have chatted with Opodo in January **** about the status of the refund and nothing was done. I am picking up on this topic again because the * to * months of handling a refund have long passed and it is time for Opodo to actually do something about my refund request and not withhold my money!**I would very much appreciate your honesty and support in handling this issue!*Thank you*Kind Regards*Anca
