Hi!**I have been contacted because our flight has been cancelled by the airline few weeks ago (booking reference **********). I got the message below that my application for refund got rejected. I then contacted directly Lufthansa that assured me I am entitled to a full refund, they can issue a waiver to you and you can proceed with the refund. I have been speaking to several of your agents about this and spent hours on the phone. I will not give up. I don't know what is going on in your agency and why you are treating consumers that way but I am ready to take it to further legal action to get this solved.
