Hi there, *Booing reference: ***********On ***********, I booked a flight from Basra* Iraq to Manchester* UK and I paid £ ***.**. On the same day and after about * hours, I canceled my flight and I received a cancellation confirmation by email and Opodo told me that I will get full refund. Then, Opodo deducted another same amount for second time. I don’t know why you deducted that amount from my bank account as I didn’t book another flight.*Regards.
