I am desperate to speak to someone at Oopdo all of their numbers seem to be out of order and being redirected. Opodo emailed me to say that the cancellation is being processed on approximately *th September for flights for the **th, it advises me to check status on manage my booking but the status shows that there is no cancellation being processed and the flights have passed. This was all due to buying a package holiday with opodo, they took the flight money and said that the hotel would be taking their money separately. I kept on receiving numerous emails asking me to update payment details as the hotel were unablemy bank and they informed me that the hotel were requesting payment but not adding any amounts and the bank clarified that they were more happy to process any requests as I ensured that adequate funds were available as after the issue with credit cards, I called hotel directly in turkey and requested they take payment over the phone they declined and said someoneone would call me back, no one did and I received an email that afternoon informing me that the booking had been cancelled.**I immediately requested an cancellation of the flights so I could book another holiday, I received confirmation that it was being processed but it appears it never has been. They charged me for flights that should have been cancelled and they refuse to respond. The app is appalling and does not give any information and does not allow you to proceed with any issues. I am livid, this is the second time this has happened I was I promised a refund for flights I booked in februay that was cancelled twice by the airline due to COVID and they informed me it would be processed within * months, after * months I recewivede notification that I had been given an open ticket that could only be used with virgin. I am truly at my wits end. can you help me or at least provide me with a complaints number or email that Opodo actually answers
