I booked flight Hamburg to Dublin Plus car and hotel. When arrived in Dublin it turned Our car was rented for the next day. Not Sure what happens. I had ** Minute left to cancel and book New with right dates or changed the booking. I called the Service Center and waitex in line for ** Minutes without getting connected. Then I cancel Es via App but had to pay **,**€ because IT was too late now.*I think I should Not need to pay cancelation Fee. *Can you help?
