The issue in GetHuman-markmnh's own words
I booked return flights and arrived at the airport to be told there wasn't a reservation. *This was * days after I made the booking. I was therefore stuck at the airport and the only option was to book direct with the airline. *On the return leg, my flight booking was cancelled, so again I had to make a new reservation with the airline.*I live in Saudi Arabia and waiting on the phone for more than ** minutes only then to be disconnected is a sad way in which to get more cash from the telecom company!
