I was charged twice for the same flight. I initially made a flight purchase and was charged ***,**€. The reservation number for this flight is **********. I found out through checking my email that I was also charged ***,**€ for the exact same flight. This is under reservation **********. I did not book the flight for reservation ********** and therefore expect a full refund for that purchase. As I was checking out, a notification popped up saying the price increased, so I clicked cancel payment, but apparently it charged me anyway. I need that reservation removed so that the reservation I intended to make for ***,**€ actually processes and goes through. Again, I’m not sure why I ended up being charged for this reservation (**********) but I need a refund for it. Please contact me as soon as possible. I need my intentional reservation (**********) to go through or I will be stuck in Santorini with no flight home. The reservation won’t process until the other one is canceled! Thank you!
