The issue in GetHuman-respleat's own words
From what I can remember I was not sent monthly reports for three months on the $** plan. I can find two online with no oil life, or mileage reports. I spoke to a representative who said she or he would look into it. Email reporting resumed, but no adjustment to billing was made.** I tried talking to a rep online today, and found her (Jessica), and the ER hold message extremely annoying. I have an anxiety disorder, heart failure, chronic pain, and a sleep disorder. A service that is claimed to make life easier, yet causes more grief, is very disturbing, and annoying. **Secondly, I changed my plan and told the rep I wanted the least expensive plan with mileage reporting for insurance purposes. I just discovered I was NOT placed on the least expensive plan, and the price was only a promo price that expired six months after initiation. Per Jessica.**Your phone "help" is not helpful, and consistantly disturbing, and annoying. **Another problem is that I was solicited with a survey while driving on political matters. This is disruptive while driving. I also had a number of Onstar calls that never started, or failed to complete the message. Possibly about an oil change that I had tried to obtain in Dec. of **** at the purchasing dealer, but they refused the oil change claiming they do not change oil before *K miles. The vehicle was ** months old. From what I understand regardless of mileage, a change is due at ** months, Hence my Onstar oil change notices. Or am I mistaken regarding the ** month oil change? Later when I tried to get the oil changed, I discovered your mechanics on strike.**Thus far the service has been a waste of money, charged for services not rendered, and overcharged me. In short Onstar failed to serve me, and caused nothing but problems and an expense I did not need. If someone would like to argue the "In case of an accident'', it did not happen, and I have a cell phone. There are no excuses for these problems in service, or customer service.
