I have a charge on my debit card for an item I ordered (on line) but which I never received (IT unavailable at pick up site). I want that charge, still appearing on my Bank of America (***.**) to be refunded. The item was the subject of Order Number *********-*** (it was aNetgear router**When I went to pick it up at the San Bernardino Office Depot, they told me it wasn't in stock (I later got an email from Office Depot telling me the order was not available, but that was AFTER I went to the pick-up.) Needing a router, I bought one off the shelf, paid for on my Debit Card. But that initial charge FOR THE ROUTER THAT WAS UNAVAILABLE REMAINS ON MY BOA STATEMENT AS OF TODAY. I AM OWED A REFUND!!!
