HELLO REALLY ENJOY O'CHARLEY EXCEPT THIS DOUGLASVILLE LOCATION. The Manager was call over because we waited over an hour for our food ( Not busy). Its *:**pn we arrived at *:**pm seated as soon as we got in. We still fine with the wait Then my noodles were not done. I spoke with young lady helping my table she apologized got manger. He came over I explain food wasn't done he looked walked away and said to the waiter Throw it out. NEVER ONCE ACKNOWLEDGED THE MISTAKE JUST WALKED OFF. HE NEEDS COACHING.
