I called in an order by phone to O'Charleys in Jackson, TN on ****** around *:**pm she said it would be ready in ** min. I orders prime rib. I live about * miles from restaurant and when I arrived around *:** for pick up it was ** minutes before I was seen to . Ablack worker had to tell this white worker she had customer since she as so busy on the phone. When she did approach me she said how can I help you I told her I was there for pick up she just looked at me and said ,"Oh we don have prime rib today, " Did not say I'm sorry or is there anything else you would like just a smart *** grin. I was highly pissed after driving * miles and not even a apology.
