Order************* STOP. I just received an order * days ago. I asked to hold it and I picked different menu items. You sent out the old order and you are attempting to send me another order. I can handle a box of food but NOT FROZEN. I don’t have a separate freezer. In order to fit the food you delivered to me on Wednesday-which I didn’t want-asked for a delay-I had to throw out a ton of food. When asked to hold it due to freezer issue-I was asked to answer all kinds of questions about why. I love it! I lost **lbs since May and the first order was screwed up. I got the frozen, didn’t receive the box of food until a week and a half later. I had no instructions on what to eat and just winged it. So, please send me a freezer or stop the food. I moved up the processing date until *-*-**, but since I already got the other food, I don’t want the food you are sending me until next month. Gail S*****@***.com. Thank you!
