I am currently in the third week of the program. Despite following it diligently, I have not experienced any weight loss. I have been consuming fewer calories than advised and exercising daily for nearly an hour, but the results are not as expected. I am beginning to think that this program may be more of a gimmick rather than a personalized weight loss solution. Any recommendations on how I can enhance my progress during the remaining five weeks of the program would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I hope you are well. I have a delicate matter to discuss. Despite not having a specific problem to address, I find myself in a situation that I'm hesitant to talk about. At nearly 60 years old, I am facing obesity for the first time and it has deeply affected me, leading to depression. I have tried various methods without success and believe Nutrisystem could help, but my monthly income from SSI is $[redacted], making it unaffordable. In the past, my daughter was able to participate in programs through scholarships. Considering your extensive customer base, I wonder if there is a chance for me to receive assistance based on need. My mother ordered a Nutrisystem in March [redacted] and committed to 2 months at $[redacted]. She later needed to change some food items, but her doctor advised against Nutrisystem. I have called 8 times, waiting on hold for an hour with the same recorded message and no person to talk to. Four weeks ago, I left a message for a return call but never heard back. I adjusted her delivery date four times, most recently to 11/7/22, as food arrived on 9/14, earlier than expected. I need to cancel and speak to a representative, but have struggled to reach someone. This customer service experience is disappointing compared to her past use of Nutrisystem. If I don't hear back soon, I will attempt to cancel and report this to the Better Business Bureau. I experienced long wait times on the phone yesterday for 3 hours, and today I have been waiting for 2 hours without the option for a callback. I am frustrated by receiving the same canned response as before. I need assistance with an error in my delivery that I cannot find online. Please refrain from directing me to the customer support number that is not helpful. I'm considering leaving Nutrisystem due to the stress of getting in touch with someone. If I receive another canned response, I might cancel and post reviews on multiple consumer sites. I'm disappointed by the lack of consideration for my time. - D. B. I am writing to cancel my current Nutrisystem order. My wife is currently not at home as she was discharged from Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital yesterday and is in a nursing home for rehabilitation. Additionally, I suffered a heart attack in October and am receiving assistance from the VA, including Meals on Wheels. Due to limited space, I am unable to accommodate the Nutrisystem food right now. Kindly cancel my order and remove me from the automatic delivery list. Also, please process a refund to my VISA debit card. Thank you for your assistance. - D.Z.

I would like to cancel my Nutrisystem membership and receive a refund on my account. I initially spoke with Joe when I placed my order, and he mentioned that the first order would be pre-selected. However, the Italian and spicy meals I received are unsuitable for me due to my existing health conditions. Being 83 years old with stage four bone cancer and bleeding ulcers, I cannot consume these foods. I placed my order on January 28, [redacted], and canceled it three days later within the allowable timeframe for a refund. Could you please guide me on how to cancel the order and what should be done with the food? Additionally, I did not receive the shakes as part of my order. While sailing in the Caribbean, I contacted Nutrisystem before leaving to suspend my orders until my return in April or May. Despite this, I received emails stating that deliveries were made to my home. I urgently request not to be charged for these orders as I am not present to receive them. Communication is challenging due to limited access to email and phone while abroad. I specifically called to arrange this prior to my departure as extending deliveries online was not an option. Please promptly reverse any charges and arrange for the shipments to be returned. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I wanted to bring to your attention that despite requesting to place my order on hold on 2/18/23, I noticed that it was shipped on 2/21/23. Consequently, I have contacted my bank to initiate a dispute for the charge. My reasons for taking this action are as follows:
- Initially, I was promised 28 of each meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in an email, but upon selecting my meals, the system only allowed me to choose 20 of each.
- The current cost of the plan significantly exceeds what I paid for a similar menu on 9/13/22, with the current total at $[redacted].06 compared to $[redacted].99 six months ago.
- There was mention of receiving 28 snacks but I was only able to order 20, and the requirement to make my second daily snack is not acceptable and contradicts the advertised service.
- I have been attempting to reach out for assistance since Saturday but have not been successful in reaching a representative through phone or online chat.
Due to these issues, I plan to escalate this matter to the Headquarters to express my dissatisfaction with the false advertising and poor customer service. If you wish to retain me as a customer in the future, please contact me promptly at the number provided: [redacted].

My husband received his frozen meals today, but unfortunately, some of the items were not what he selected. He cannot eat artichoke and ended up with two meals containing it.
He chose his items based on past plans, so this is disappointing as he did not want to spend money on food he cannot eat.
Please advise on how we can correct the unwanted food items he received. It's unfair to make customers pay for and consume items they didn't choose.
We need a prompt response to this issue.

I recently had to spend time in the hospital due to colitis and need to cancel any ongoing orders. My customer ID is #6[redacted]-[redacted]. I currently have a three-month supply of food from Nutra System, but I won't be able to consume it all before my next scheduled delivery. I have a delivery scheduled for August 20 to [redacted] E. 89th St., Apt. 16 B, New York, NY [redacted]. The account belongs to Richard M. I am currently in Bangkok and will not be back until September 26. I kindly request to postpone the delivery to September 26. On September 1st, [redacted], I placed an order for the 3-month Uniquely Yours Chef’s Choice Pick Your Own 7-day Nutrisystem plan. Unfortunately, my order arrived incomplete, missing 9 breakfasts, 8 lunches, 8 snacks, and 8 dinners. I have been attempting to reach out to Nutrisystem for assistance. I emailed [redacted] on September 4th but did not receive a response. A chat session was unsuccessful as it got disconnected. I avoided calling due to long wait times. I urgently need the missing items to complete my meals. Additionally, I am inquiring about returning the unopened Lemon Ice Fat Burner as the instructions advise consulting a health specialist before use, which concerns me due to my medications. The seal remains intact. I appreciate a prompt response.
