We have recently completed an Alaskan Cruise on board Norwegian Pearl*We loved it and we have said so on our feedback form.*We would definitely consider NCL again, so much so that whilst on board we asked the cruise*Director if he could arrange for us to receive a brochure. We watched as he *entered our details online, we've been home now since **th September but still*no brochure. Perhaps you could sort this out for us.*By the way, I purchased a watch whilst on board, now I know that it was only*cheap "Sale price $**" but it has never worked, despite me paying to have*a new battery fitted. It’s the principal and I feel that you have let yourselves down by selling an inferior product, leaves a sour taste in one’s mouth on what was otherwise a great experience.*Regards*Ray Wheeler
