I have a flight from Newark to Rome departing ******* I received an E-Mail today that you switched to using Euro Atlantic airlines to service this flight using different aircraft. I had booked Premium Seats on this flight which are now not available. Why was this done at this late date. I am concerned about the seating configuration on this flight since Euro Atlantic Airlines does not have a good reputation. I was told the aircraft being utilized was a Boeing ***. Unfortunately , after checking I discovered this was incorrect and this model aircraft does not exist. Please advise as to the type of aircraft and seating available on this plane. I am scheduled to return to the U.S. on ******* and do not want to encounter any additional suprise Please advise whether there is more than one class of seating. Please reply as soon as possible. Thank you
