I bought a pair of Jessica Simpson Booties at Nordstrom back in January of this year. I wore them one time and after having them on for about an hour the right heel became lose. I took back to Nordstrom and they did not have that style in stock anymore but I loved the booties and wanted to keep them. The store manager said then I would have to cover the charge to have the booties repaired if I did not want to return for a full refund. I got the booties repaired because I really liked them but I was so surprised and disappointed because I have been shopping at Nordstrom over *** years and we all know it is known for the best customer service in the world. I would like to know if I can be reimbursed the $**.** I had to pay for the repair. I can make a copy of all receipts to send to the right POC.
