I have called Service to request a technician for an out warranty C**** treadmill, Serial Num BB*********.**Please refer to Order * ******* for Technician to diagnose treadmill.**Initial call was on June **rd, and my credit card was charged $***. I was told a technician would call me to schedule and appt. No such luck. I called back on July *st, Josh the SR said he would make sure a technician would call. I also found a support article specifying that waits should be within * or so business days.**I'm quite tired of calling the ***.***.**** number and being placed in a queue forever, listening to the same music loop. **Please respond to this email.
