I have recently encountered a frustrating experience with NordicTrack's Customer Service. Despite my satisfaction with the product, communication with support has led to a negative opinion. In attempting to relocate my treadmill (Model No. [redacted].8), I was quoted around $[redacted] to have the console removed and reinstalled. Furthermore, I was given strict time constraints and felt burdened by the lack of assistance. My wife and I managed to move the equipment ourselves, following the User's Manual. This ordeal has made me reconsider future purchases from NordicTrack.

I placed an order for a treadmill a month ago, which has been shipped but not yet delivered. My first billing statement arrived sooner than expected and includes a charge of $[redacted].20 for the treadmill at 0% APR for 36 months, accurately reflecting my purchase. However, there is an additional charge of $[redacted].94 labeled as '18-month deferred interest,' which is incorrect. The total due on the statement is $[redacted].14 when it should only be $[redacted].20. I have already lodged a complaint with Nordic Track financing, and they advised me not to pay the $60 toward the incorrect deferred interest balance. I kindly request the removal of this erroneous charge from my account.

Order Number: NT[redacted] Tracking Number: [redacted]4 I have been experiencing great difficulty with the delivery and setup team as they are unresponsive to calls and messages. Despite escalating the issue through customer service, the situation did not improve. I did eventually receive a call back with a delivery time, but the team failed to show up without any communication. This experience has left me extremely frustrated, especially after investing so much money in NordicTrack products and services. I arranged for my family to be present for Christmas while I stayed behind to await the installation, resulting in me missing out on part of the holiday. It is disheartening to feel overlooked as a customer after making significant purchases from your company.

Happy New Year, I just wanted to share my disappointing experience with NordicTrack. I have not received any response to my email yet. Despite calling the delivery company multiple times, my machine has not been delivered. Over the past three weeks, my calls have been unproductive, and my order status remains unchanged. There is no way to check the order status online, which is frustrating. Promises of scheduling delivery have not been fulfilled, causing delays in receiving my Christmas gift ordered on 12/13/18. As a physician, following up on service is essential to me. My colleagues recommend Peloton for their efficient customer service and timely deliveries. Unfortunately, my experience with NordicTrack has been subpar. I hope NordicTrack can work on improving their delivery service. Thank you, Marian Bekhit, MD

I have had a frustrating experience with the company, and it seems like nobody cares. Customer service has been unhelpful, simply stating that there's nothing they can do. I purchased the S22i as a Christmas gift for my daughter online through a sales rep who ensured it would arrive before Christmas. However, it never showed up, leaving my daughter without her costly gift. Today, which was the rescheduled delivery date, I waited all afternoon only to find out the truck broke down and the delivery wouldn't happen. The lack of communication is disappointing, and now they want me to take another day off work for the delivery. I am so disappointed in Norditrack's customer service. This whole ordeal has been very frustrating.

Our Nordic Track treadmill has been out of service for weeks now, despite having a warranty plan in place for repairs. The technician sent was not trained on Nordic Tracks, and after disassembling the treadmill, left without completing the repairs, leaving parts scattered. Despite promises of returning and ordering a new belt due to the damage caused, there has been no follow-up since January 29. Contacting Sonja has not yielded a response either. We are eager to have our treadmill fixed promptly as per the warranty agreement.

I applied for financing online and over the phone on February 27 through TD Bank. They approved me over the phone, and I ordered my elliptical machine. On March 1st, NordicTrack Financial congratulated me for the financing and mentioned I had $4,[redacted] left available with the account ending in [redacted]. The machine with order number NT[redacted] is on its way to my home. However, yesterday, March 5th, I received a letter from TD Bank stating they couldn't open an account for me currently. I would like to keep the machine and use my own credit card to pay for it rather than sending it back and reapplying. Please let me know the next steps to resolve this situation. -Roy F. On December 7, [redacted], I purchased a NordicTrack Commercial [redacted] Treadmill with white glove assembly. However, upon receipt, the treadmill was damaged, and the white glove service provided was subpar. The assembled treadmill had various issues such as misaligned plastic on the rails, non-functional speakers, a faulty heart rate monitor, and an ineffective emergency shutoff mechanism. Contacting NordicTrack support, I had to wait 45 minutes before troubleshooting the problems through an app called Visual Support. A replacement console was ordered, and a fitness specialist installed it on January 24, albeit without resolving all the issues. Following this, attempts to return the treadmill were met with challenges, culminating in a rescheduled pickup on March 15, [redacted], leaving me without reimbursement for the white glove service or payments made to TD BANK. Seeking resolution, I reached out to NordicTrack but faced unhelpful and unprofessional responses, prolonging the ordeal. I hope to see a swift and satisfactory resolution to this ongoing issue. I contacted Nordic customer service more than a month ago regarding a refund of $[redacted].50 promised to me. Unfortunately, the refund has not been processed yet. Despite ordering white glove service which was never credited, my recumbent bike was still delivered without it. When I approached Nordictrack support, it was revealed that I was not refunded for the white glove service as promised. Moreover, I faced issues with being mistakenly charged for 2 exercise bikes during a return process. This, along with the recumbent malfunctioning, has led to multiple unaddressed concerns and frustrations with NordiTrack's customer support. I am seeking a prompt resolution for the refund and discussing returning the faulty recumbent. The lack of assistance and unresolved issues have left me dissatisfied with NordicTrack.

I purchased two studio cycles in June [redacted], and unfortunately, one of them is currently not functioning due to a missing part affecting the incline/decline and resistance. I contacted customer service on July 31, and after a promise to expedite the part for self-installation, I am still waiting for it a week later. Following another call today, I was assured the part would arrive tomorrow, but the delay is disappointing, especially considering we invested $4k on these cycles. Opting for Nordictrack over Peleton now seems regrettable as the issue remains unresolved and communication lacks follow-through. Despite receiving emails inquiring about my satisfaction, I have not provided feedback given the ongoing problem. I hope for a prompt resolution to this situation and a better customer service experience.

I contacted a week ago, last Wednesday, regarding the rust and water damage on my bike upon delivery. I used the app to illustrate the damage, but no one has followed up with me since then. I have checked my SPAM folder, reached out through Facebook Messenger, and sent an email about this issue two days after receiving the bike, yet I have not received any response. I used a consumer-protected credit card for this purchase. Should I dispute the charge with them or involve my attorney? Please advise on how to address the damaged bike situation.

As a disabled combat Army veteran with injuries sustained during a patrol in Iran as a US Army Ranger, I rely on my treadmill due to my sensitivity to large crowds. NordicTrack has been instrumental in my treatment, and their lifetime warranty promised a replacement for a cracked frame discovered during a repair call. However, upon inspection, rust on the machine's bottom was deemed a violation of the warranty. I humbly request an exemption to this ruling, given my circumstances. Having served 17 years protecting US citizens, enduring multiple injuries, including being incapacitated by an IED, I appeal for understanding and support. I urge NordicTrack to consider the sacrifices made by military personnel and replace the machine with empathy. I am willing to sign a waiver relinquishing further warranty claims. Display compassion and solidarity towards those who defend our nation.

I own a Nordictrack S22i that I purchased in January or February this year. Unfortunately, I've only been able to use it successfully for about a month since I got it. The pedaling is hard, and despite a technician coming to fix it, the problem keeps recurring. A few weeks after the fix, the bike became difficult to pedal again and started making strange noises. When I inquired about returning it due to the ongoing issues, a supervisor stated I've had it too long to be eligible for a return since my warranty was expired. It's challenging for me to wait for servicing every few months with a full-time job. I'm still paying for it and was wondering if a refund is possible. If not, could I exchange it for a different Nordictrack workout equipment?

I purchased a treadmill, T.67s Model [redacted].9, on 11/3/19 through Sears. I opted for assembly, which was not provided during delivery as promised. After rescheduling twice, it was finally assembled on Dec 5th, but it has a loud knocking noise when the belt runs. Sears directed me to contact you regarding the warranty issue. Despite my efforts, the problem remains unresolved. The machine has been unusable for over a month. If I do not receive a response today, I will consider taking this matter to small claims court. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I recently purchased a new VU19 bike with Ifit included, but I am having trouble accessing the 32 onboard workouts as indicated in the manual. Despite contacting customer service through chat multiple times, I still haven't been able to activate them. I have been attempting to purchase a treadmill and elliptical for over a week with Zack. There have been some issues with the payment process, which have caused delays. Zack mentioned a 2-day waiting period for the system to clear but did not follow up as promised. After several attempts, I was informed about changes in the payment method, requiring me to use a single card for a specific amount. When I called back to speak with Zack, I found out he was not available. Ryan tried to assist but encountered difficulties due to the order being under my wife's name. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, Ryan claimed to be one but was unhelpful, eventually hanging up on me. I am frustrated with the multiple calls and lack of resolution. I received my new S11i yesterday, but the expert installers faced issues trying to connect the yellow connector for the monitor. This has left the installation incomplete. My previous experience with the X11i also had shortcomings, as the installers had left out 4 bolts, which I had to locate and secure myself after reading the manual. Additionally, there is an unresolved bounce back vibration problem with my X11i that the service team could not identify or fix, leading to concerns about safety. These recurring issues have left me dissatisfied with the delivery and service from NordicTrack. I ordered a treadmill on 11/17/19, anticipating delivery in 10-14 days. Unfortunately, on day 14, I was informed that the local delivery company had not received it yet. The "white glove" delivery was eventually arranged for 12/16, a month after my order. However, on that day, the 2-person team couldn't get the treadmill up my stairs and said they needed a 3-person team on another day. After contacting the delivery scheduler myself, a 3-person team was supposed to come on 12/19 between 11 and 3. I was later notified that only a 2-person team was available, leading to a rescheduling. I've had trouble reaching anyone at XPO or Nordic Track about this issue. With family arriving soon for the holidays, I'm disappointed to have a large treadmill box still in my living room. It's frustrating to make payments on a treadmill before ensuring it even works.
