I have a Nokia *. I dont think that more detail is getting me a faster or any outcome at all for that matter. I bought a phone just * months back. first, the navigation and fingerprint stopped working, and now the whole phone has stopped working.*I tried getting help from the customer service who directed me to the nearest service store. That was nothing more than a waste of time and cab fare because they said they don't have the 'requisite tools' to deal with the issue.They also said since I bought the phone through Amazon, the phone is made outside of India so they wont have the repair parts. Is there like a standard which keeps varying across countries?*frankly, I don't know if the phone provided or the customer service is worse. By then I had got used to the complete uselessness in trying to get help from Nokia, so I didn't get that disheartened, and I decided to get help from Amazon.They told me to just get a letter from the customer care center that they can't deal with the issue. and then Amazon will deal with the rest. However, Nokia employees refused to put down on paper what they had no qualms in directly telling me. Suddenly they needed other papers. I also tried calling the TWENTY FOUR HOUR customer care service which was not reachable at that moment. *Well I almost came to terms with the fact that Nokia won't help me at all, but could you atleast not obstruct other means.*Dear whomsoever, this phone has exhausted my patience, so please excuse the lack of sugar coating.*Unfortunately, I am not so rich in life that I can buy a phone everyday. Please do something about this. I have given a very detailed explanation and trust me I have really cut down on my disappointments with the the whole company. Can you just make this phone work? It still has a warranty. And also please employ more competent people. They made me go back and forth thrice just so that in the end they could tell me they can't do anything (Cab was not free). HELP ME!!
