Hi my situation is I bought a new vehicle from Henry Ca, January **, **** Brand new with * mileage. The car is a **** Nissan Ultima I purchased the extended warranty ** months or ***,*** miles now I’m being told my my warranty is expired before the ** months or the *** thousand miles due to the fact that the car was made into **** . I don’t even have a date that it was made and that my warranty started a full one year prior to me buying it so at this time instead of my warranty being expired ******* which would be exactly ** months since I purchased the car I am being told my warranty has expired. Do th the of fact that it was made into **** so one year prior to me buying my warranty , it was ticking down . I need somebody to explain to me how that’s possible how you can have a warranty that you buy ** months be only good for three-year instead of four year .That doesn’t make any sense to me . The way I want you to fix it is I want you to honor the contract to be ** months from when I purchased the car . I think that the clock ticking a full year before I purchased the robbery that is not fair and I’m not sure why you at Nissan would treat consumers unfairly this way . I would like somebody from corporate to explain to me why you buy warranty from the date of purchase and because your car was made the year before your warranty is already. That is not right ! To me it’s like you you’re being punished because you bought a car that was older even if even if it was brand new car.*Please call me Back at *** *** **** *Lenea Tajalle I have a case * ********
