I bought the pokemon nintendo switch for my son at the price of £***.** from Argos, we were told that we would have to set it up, to go on eshop to get the games for it. Which we did, come to find out the two games he wanted was near enough £** each more. Not a free download as we were told, which is disgusting. I have one very upset boy on Christmas day. So today I went into Argos to hopefully get a refund only to be told that they won't as it has been opened but how are we to have checked about the downloads without doing a set up i.e time and date etc.. As you can't do this as you can't bypass without doing so. I am furious, on how I have been treated over this and I hope you can help me with this refund. Nintendo call centre are so busy I have been waiting for someone to answer. No other way to contact so far. Have you any advice please?
