I was trying to purchase animal crossing for my *DS on my PC with the reward discount. ... Three problems. I purchased animal crossing earlier on my switch account instead of on my *ds account where the game can be accessed. I spent $**.** on this game and used up a discount with the *** of the silver in-store reward coins to get ** percent off. Second, I previously bought a false well-advertised game called "MUSYNX" that actually IS NOT FINISHED!!! The game is awful in the first place but it isn't even finished and was fully released. I have given it a couple of months with the hope that it will update with finished content, but NO, it's still the same unfinished content as it was in the beginning. Third, I was thinking that if I was able to link my Nintendo Switch account with my Nintendo *ds account, I could obtain Animal Crossing. So, I tried to add my other account as a family member. But it seems like someone else might've hacked into my account as a family member and actually stole money off of my card. However, I do not know how to check because there isn't a clear purchase history area in the online store.
Refunding me for animal crossing. I don't even have a *DS linked to that account. For the second problem with MUSYNX, I'd like either in store credit or a refund but I don't want this unfinished game.
