Help with my Night Owl issue
The issue in GetHuman-valdosol's own words
DVR-AHD**B-**-R*-*, lost power to unit, when powered backup, unable to view cameras via phone app. Now the DVR icon in the Night Owl phone app has a red line across it and does not connect to DVR. I go through the setup wizard and everything appears fine, except that DVR won't connect to phone app.
GetHuman-valdosol did not yet indicate what Night Owl should do to make this right.
Went through setup wizard* takes a while for the DVR to digest but it is up and running now and am able to view thru cell app. All is good
I have an issue with Night Owl too
How GetHuman-valdosol fixed the problem
Went thru the setup wizard, but takes a while for the DVR to digest. You have to make sure and click on box regard displaying of setup wizard otherwise you will not see it. It's working now!
