Help with my Night Owl issue

I want to make sure my post paid and my prepaid services are canceled we had bundled all of them our wireless are direct tv and phone and internet. Then I bought a Phoenix * for my prepaid account and when I was incarcerated all my devices were stolen so I was told I need to make sure to report the devices and let u No our internet is still broadcasting and I need to find out how to return our boxes safely. I would like a complete print out of our wireless services thank u
GetHuman-bbyblu did not yet indicate what Night Owl should do to make this right.
