I paid for the Sponsorship program and was unable to set up my business page because my type of business is not eligible for Sponsorship. Because I don't have a business page I can not request a refund or cancel as outlined in the Help section. I have sent * messages using the Contact us form and have not received any response. According to the cancelation policy requests must be made in first ** days. My payment was processed on November **, ****. I think it was October ** or **st that I started completing the Sponsorship forms.*My refund request is for the full amount paid of $**.**. There is a monthly automatic debit if not canceled for $**.**. *Nextdoor didn't contact me to tell me my business is not eligible. I found that out when I was looking through the Help files to find out why I was having trouble completing the forms.
