I have been a subscriber to the Star-Ledger since June and have had many issues with non-deliveries and placement of paper. Since I do have certain disabilities it is difficult for me to go down my porch steps and walk down the driveway to pick up the paper. I had asked that the paper be delivered to my front stoop, even if it is at the bottom of the steps. I can use my grabber to reach it. If not, I have to wait for a kind neighbour out walking his dog to put it on my front stoop. It was delivered in the gutter yesterday where water had collected from various sprinklers and effectively soaked the paper. This has happened several times. It has been delivered into the street and it has been soaked with runoff from sprinklers. Is there a reason why the Star-Ledger has repeatedly refused to deliver the paper to my front stoop? I believe in giving everyone a chance, even a *nd and *rd chance but I am clearly getting the impression that you do not wish to deliver the paper to me.*Patricia Coulter
